Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
