Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Birch Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around San Antonio, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
