Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the San Antonio region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
