Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
