Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Orchard Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
