Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Beacon Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Sacramento region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
