Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Union Facilities is a facilities company in Sacramento with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
