Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track performance measures for pipe repairs and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
