Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (Reno, NV)

Cedar Orchard Energy Group is an energy provider in Reno focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
