Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Clearpath Cross Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
