Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
