Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
