Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Miami and nearby communities. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
