Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Willow Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 512 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for change orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
