Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jackson, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
