Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ivory Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
