Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Lumen Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
