Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Highbridge Bright Manufacturing is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
