Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Cedar Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the St. Louis region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
