Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
