Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Amberfield Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tucson, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
