Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Foods Group is a Memphis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for allergen controls and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
