Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
