Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Vale Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 982 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
