Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
