Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Farms is an agricultural business based around Nashville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
