Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rowan Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
