Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
