Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Foods Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
