Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Highbridge Linden Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
