Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ember Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
