Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Rivermark Forge Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
