Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
