Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Harborlight Wren Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for harvest schedules and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
