Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ridge Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
