Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Reno, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
