Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Greenridge Pike Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. You would join a large organisation of about 909 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
