Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Silverline Basin Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
