Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Northwind Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
