Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Lantern Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Raleigh. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
