Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Pike Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
