Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Rivermark Ivory Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
