Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Cedar Juniper Inspection Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on scheduling and capacity for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field inspections and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
