Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Foxglove Juniper Facilities Group looks after properties across the El Paso region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for cleaning schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
