Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fresno. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
