Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Cedar Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Jackson with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
