Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Redstone Wren Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Fort Worth region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our scheduling and capacity. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
