Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing is a Tulsa manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
