Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Clearpath Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Chicago region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
