Operations Manager - scheduling and capacity (remote)

Cedar Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on scheduling and capacity. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
